Greenways is a lovely 3 bedroomed property in Porlock, ideal for families or groups looking for a base in this village. Situated just a short walk from the High Street, you have a great selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and tea rooms all within about 5 minutes on foot.
The property consists of two double bedrooms (one with king-sized bed and one with small double bed), a twin bedroom and family bathroom (shower over bath) upstairs. Downstairs is the sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen and another toilet.
Greenways kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television with Freeview is provided in the living room and a CD player. Wireless broadband is being installed and will be available throughout the property from the beginning of June 2014.
Off-road parking for two cars is available directly outside the property on the drive. The drive to Greenways is fitted with metal gates so once these are closed the property is enclosed. There is a small patio to the front and a larger lawned area to the rear of the property.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement . A supplementary fee of £25 will be added to your invoice to cover additional cleaning costs. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time.
Greenways is available for week-long bookings and short-breaks. The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival, departure by 10 am on the last day of your stay.
